All users, both registered and unregistered (“User”), must carefully read and accept the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), before using any Services of this website (“Services”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Services are provided by or on behalf of Saveezee Pte Ltd (“Saveezee”). The Services are governed by these Terms of Service (“TOS”).

By entering Saveezee’s website (“Saveezee”) at www.saveezee.com or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the TOS and are deemed to be a user of the Services. (“User”)

The TOS is an ongoing contract between the User and Saveezee.

2. CHANGES TO TOS

Saveezee reserves the right to change or modify all or part of the TOS at any time, effective upon publication on this site, without notice to the User.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Saveezee offers Services to both registered and unregistered Users.

Saveezee is not affiliated with any Bank or commissioned by any Bank to provide Services.

Users accept the risk involved in relying on content provided by this website, and that the content may be incorrect, inaccurate or wrong.

Users accept that content provided by this website may or may not be obtained from Banks with their consent or approval, and that the Banks provide no implicit or explicit warranties as to the content provided by this website.

Services are provided free of charge to users. However, Saveezee strongly recommends that users diligently perform their own investigations and seek professional advice before relying on any content provided by this website.

Saveezee acknowledges that some content provided by this website may be obtained from sources related to the Banks, which may attract copyright protection, and such content provided by this website constitutes fair use and fair dealing for the purposes of criticism or review by users through voting or posting comments. Raw information about merchants (including, but not limited to, name, address, and telephone), and details of their promotions offered, constitute facts which do not attract copyright protection.

Saveezee has a Privacy Policy, which forms part of the TOS.

4. USER REQUIREMENTS

Users should be at least 18 years old to use Saveezee and should provide valid email addresses and personal information.

5. PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Registration Data and any other information provided by Users are collected and used according to the Privacy Policy. This Policy forms part of the TOS.

6. ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

Upon completion of the Registration Process, a User obtains a private account, with a Username and a Password, for which the User is solely responsible. Users are solely responsible for all actions taken with their Username and Password and may be held responsible for any misuse of their Password as a result. It is the User’s sole responsibility to keep his Username and Password secure.

7. USER CONDUCT

The User agrees not to use the Service to:
a) Disturb or interfere with the Services, the servers or the networks connected to the Services;
b) Violate or breach any Local or International Law or applicable laws or regulations;
c) Collect and store other Users’ personal data without their explicit permission;
d) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, intimidate or otherwise offend others.
e) Publish, distribute, e-mail, transmit or disseminate any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate;
f) Use any automated scripting tools or software;
g) Engage in or promote any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited e-mailing or spamming via Saveezee;
h) Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available using Saveezee any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation or which contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.

8. SAVEEZEE’S RIGHTS

The User recognises and accepts that the sole discretion lies with Saveezee to do the following without providing the User with prior notice:
a) to monitor User accounts;
b) to remove User content;
c) limit user activities on Saveezee;
d) to terminate registered accounts without giving the User any prior notice.

9. INDEMNITY

In the event of legal action brought by third parties against Saveezee in relation to the User’s breach of the TOS or any law, the User agrees to indemnify Saveezee, and its affiliates, partners, owners, officers, agents, and employees from all claims and demands (including legal fees). The User agrees to indemnify Saveezee for any fees incurred in any legal action. The User agrees to cooperate with Saveezee’s defence of such claims, where necessary.

10. NO RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE SERVICE

The User agrees not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell or in any way use for commercial purposes any part of the Service, including access to the Service or data provided by the Service. Data includes, but is not limited to, information about credit cards, information about merchants and information about credit card promotions.

11. GENERAL RULES REGARDING SERVICE USE

The User agrees that Saveezee may establish rules and general limits regarding the use of the Service, including the maximum amount of disk space that can be used by each User, the number of times the User can access the Service per unit of time, the number and size of the content which can be downloaded, the duration of each session. The User agrees that Saveezee cannot be held responsible for the loss of data, or content uploaded by the User.

12. SERVICE MODIFICATION

Saveezee reserves the sole and exclusive right to modify its Services at any moment, without giving the User prior notice. The User agrees that Saveezee cannot be held responsible for any modification, suspension or termination of Services.

13. SAVEEZEE’s PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The User acknowledges and agrees that all Software utilized in connection with the Service (“Software”) is protected by intellectual property laws. Software includes, without limitation, HTML code, Javascript™ code, CGI Perl™ script server code and databases. Saveezee grants the User a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for the use of the Software on a single Computer. The User shall not copy, modify, create derivative works, and in any way try to discover the source code of the Software, reverse-engineer the Software, sell, sub-license, or transfer to third parties any right to the Software.

14. VIOLATIONS

15. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of the TOS is held void or unenforceable, that determination will not affect:
a) The provision’s application in other circumstances;
b) Other provisions in the TOS; or
c) The TOS’s validity or enforceability as a whole.

16. HYPERLINKS

Saveezee may have links to other websites, and other websites might have links that lead to Saveezee. Saveezee is not responsible for the content on these sites, and Users enter those sites at their own risk.

Hyperlinks and pointers to websites operated by third parties will appear on Saveezee from time to time. These websites do not form part of Saveezee and are not under the control of Saveezee, its officers or its related bodies corporate and neither Saveezee, its officers nor its related bodies corporate have any responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink or linked website. All communications between the Parties shall happen in written form both via electronic mail or postal services.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM

The TOS shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Singapore. Users hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts in any matters arising out the interpretation of the TOS and its effects.

Disclaimer

1. SAVEEZEE’S DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The User declares expressly that:
a) The utilization of the Service is at his/her sole discretion. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Therefore Saveezee cannot be held responsible in relation to the fruition and availability of the Service. Saveezee expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind.
b) In particular, Saveezee does not warrant that:
(i) the Service will satisfy the User’s needs,
(ii) the Service will be provided without interruptions, or without errors,
(iii) the quality of goods or services purchased through reliance of the Service will satisfy the User’s expectations.
c) Any file downloaded or obtained through the Service is supplied at the sole discretion of the User, and the User is solely responsible for any harm produced, directly or indirectly, by the content on a User’s computer or mobile phone.

f) You will indemnify Saveezee if Saveezee, its officers or related bodies corporate suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on Saveezee.

2. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided without implicit or explicit warranties. Saveezee cannot be held responsible for any harm due to an inability to access or use the Service. Saveezee cannot be held responsible for any harm, loss or inconvenience resulting from the inability to access the Service; viruses; damaged files; errors; interruption of or disruptions to the Service; network problems; non-authorized access; and modification of data.

In no event will Saveezee nor any of its partners, consultants, employees or other representatives be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of the Services, including, without limitation, any lost income, profits or opportunity, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on the User’s computer or otherwise, even if Saveezee is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.

In the event, that the limitation of liability is deemed unreasonable, Saveezee’s liability to the User in the event of any action cannot exceed the amount that User has paid Saveezee for the use of the Services and Saveezee’s liability is accordingly limited. In other words, zero.

Saveezee does not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered by the use (intended or otherwise) of this Service.
